The Chemainus Theatre Festival Society, a professional not-for-profit theatre company producing live theatre on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, is accepting applications for the position of Stage Manager for their winter production of "Miracle on 34th Street".  Contract dates are October 15 2007 to January 05 2008.  Deadline for submissions is July 20 2007.
Qualifications:  
Strong organizational and people skills.
An excellent knowledge of rehearsal procedures and protocol.  
Experience and resourcefulness in handling emergencies.
Experience working with child actors is an asset.
