EPCOR CENTRE announces its inaugural fundraising event
Music, art, food and fashion collide in contagious creativity at C
Held in three venues within the EPCOR CENTRE, C moves guests through Calgary's home of contagious creativity while Mode Models attired by local designers move to the sounds of DJs and world music, all against a backdrop created by eclectic visual artists.
"C will highlight the collisions between passion and creativity that happen each day in all of the venues, hallways and offices within the EPCOR CENTRE," explains event chair Suzy Judson. "C is more than an average fundraiser you just attend - it'll be a party you experience. I mean, have you ever been to a party in a parkade?"
Curb: EPCOR CENTRE's Parkade - Underground and unconventional
The Parkade is the stage for a fashion moment by menswear designer, Kendall Yellowhorn. Guests will be voyeurs as they watch the shadows of models prepare for their entrance on a square runway, which frames the perimeter of the change room. Graffiti artist David Belcourt and performance artist Eddie Nyikes create exceptional works throughout the space.
Club: EPCOR CENTRE's Centre Court - Chic and contemporary
